Leadership Style Profile

God calls you with a particular way of leading and following. This profile gives you and your future teammates a shared language for how you naturally drive, inspire, steady, and build. Answer all 24 statements honestly to get your primary and secondary styles, with strengths, growth edges, and how your wiring plays out on a field team.

This is not a test, and there are no good or bad styles — every one is needed on a healthy team. For each statement, choose how true it is of you. Answer for how you actually tend to be, not how you think you should be. Your first instinct is usually the most accurate. Please answer all 24.

Each style is scored out of 30. Most people lead from a blend — your tallest one or two bars are where you go first; the shorter bars are styles you can still grow into and learn to value in others.

Leading alongside others

A field team needs all four. Here is how your primary style tends to work with each of the others — including where friction is most likely.

Take this to prayer & to your mentor

Bring this profile to your mentor alongside your Spiritual Gifts Survey results. Ask: how can God use my wiring to serve a team well — and where will I need His grace and my teammates' strengths to cover my blind spots? Your design describes your starting tendencies, not the limit of who you can become by grace.

Emailing opens your mail app with your full profile pre-filled. Add your mentor's address in the "To" field, then review and send.
